zlet would require alot more work tho for electronic throttle/coilpack etc?

refer to the 2nd section of that sentence :p.
zlet/clet internals are interchangeable wit the csel ;).

Am i correct in thinking the c20le in the 95-97 daewoo nubira would be the naturally aspirated version of the c20let?

most likely near enough, i know they have the c20se which is near identicle to the c20sel. maybe a few small diff's ;).

C20LET is C20XE with lower compression (hence L), and turboed.
I never heard C20LE, so I googled it. It looks like it is 8v 2.0L, just like Camira's C20NE. Don't know what the differences, though.

if u get a c20xe (early preferabley has the coscast head and strong internals standard) all u need to do is get an oil feed for the turbo put in the block and get a thicker MLS head gasket then it'll essentially be identical to the let

Let's put it this way.
An opelaus member, rufion, has managed to squeeze C20XE into his Corsa B.
A clubcalibra.org member, Dinodmc, has managed to turbo his C20XE.
So as scotty_gsi mentioned, getting C20XE would be the best bet (thousands of C20XE Calibras made their way into Australia, compared to 126 C20LET)
I suppose it would be a bit handful on the road :D . If I drive turboed C20XE Barina, I would drive it to upset WRXs and XR6s on the road, lol.
