i just chrome stripped my doors and as i had a bit left over i put it on the roof rack strips on the roof just to see what it would look like...while doing this a tree also got some chrome strip on it lol...

anyway IMO it looks silly...
y would you wanna draw attention to 2 lines on your roof??

thats just what i think but id try it out first like i did while i was mucking around to see if you really like it first - you could even use al- foil:p

the 2nd one -why darkirv r u color coding the roof strips?!?
if thats the case, color code the grill.....maybe the black rubber strips around the window....maybe the wipers too......

all i'm saying is there r somethings which don't make sense to color code.

but hey - its ur car, u can do wateva u want, that pleases u.

IMO colour coded 'roof strips' look good, especially on lighter colours like white, red etc. on darker colours like yours they don't stand out as much, but will look better painted than not, just check out some newer cars for a visual idea :)
