Ever since I bought my new car I haven't really had a chance to stop and really wash it, and get some good photos of it. Earlier this afternoon I had that chance, and then took her 2 minutes down the road to the water's edge and took some pics.

There's no question or anything in this thread, really - I just wanted to share the good pictures out of the series with you all, as I was really impressed with how they turned out:

The last one here I'm very happy with, because it shows brilliantly clean front rims - anyone who owns a Vectra will know the severe amount of brake dust the front spits out and will surely share the joy

Anyone who owns an Opel will atest to the liberal amount of brake dust!! :x

But the shots look very neat mate! :D

Excellent shots!! What type of camera are you using?

I was using a Canon Digital IXUS i. Not exactly the particular camera for pro style photos, but it certainly did a great job - I'm just wishing I'd upped the resolution from 1024x768 though, lol!

That particular location is out at Point Talburpin, which is in the southern parts of Redland Bay, South East QLD. Whereis.com won't have Talburpin listed, but if you search for Redland Bay, it'll be at the bottom right of the map.
