Poll Time: Angeleyes!

I'm about to upgrade to some angeleye projectors, still can't decide on which ones to get:

Black (lights off):

my personal preference would be black black, but since your car is black might be to much.

what are your thoughts?

White ones would look rather stock!
Black on black would be nice.
I had Black ones on my silver G looked good.

Gut instinct is to go for the blacks, they look meaner, plus the stockies are black too.

I like the chromies because they make the car look newer.

yeah i say black too. just lookin at my sig makes choose black over chrome

Thats true stockies on the sri's are black but on the stock models they are chrome, not really a fan, each to there own though. The way your ride is coming along black would just suit. plus once you go black you never go back right lol

I would go with the black one, but when the angels are turn on, you can see the hot spots coming out of the ring from the leds, just give you a heads up.

There's a set of angeleyes on eBay I got my eye on (nice pun, yes?). I aksed the seller if they're HID-compatible, he said they would be but a little filing would be required to enlarge the globe holes so the HIDs could fit, as they're slightly larger than the stock globes.

Is there anything else to be mindful about when purchasing a set of projector angeleyes, e.g. what to avoid?

make sure they're RHD...or at least RHD/LHD compatible ;)
also if you can, get the ones such that the level can be adjusted by the knob in the car for when you have people in the back etc

devil eyes just came out for the corsa c... should have waited with my morrettes :o

and wouldnt black have the same light output as chrome since they're projectors?

Devil eyes is the way to go if you have a G, $600 for a set without postage, no go!
