That's probably about right...maybe a tad on the expensive side, prob looking more the $100 mark. Your grille is reasonably small too, so you should have no problems there, not like the AH's:rolleyes:

13.90 euro with no liability or tracking

me,
though when i first started selling my stuff i took note of the cost to post.
because i sell 12 different items all at different weights, i do sometimes have a little bit left over after i post, but sometimes i pay more for post than i charge.

ive found that sellers asking too much for post, would rather lower the price of the product than lower post.
it means they pay less fees, cos they dont pay fees on post, only item price.

i dont know very much german, but i do know..
ist = is
danke = thankyou
meine = mine
i know a fair bit more, but no use posting all.

if you can tell me exactly what numbers you want to use in the message, i can tell you numbers in german.
eg
ein = 1
zwei = 2
drei =3
vier =4
funf = 5
sechs = 6
sieben =7
acht = 8
neun = 9
zehn = 10
elf = 11
zwolf = 12
dreizhen 13
vierzehn funf zehn sechzehn siebzehn achtzehn neunzehn

zwanzig = 20
ein und zwanzig = 21 (one and twenty)
zwei und zwanzig = 22 (two and twenty)
drei und zwanzig = 23 (three and twenty)

dreizig = 30
vierzig = 40

lol study that enough and use the same concepts and you will be able to count in german fluently.

i still dont know enough to communicate though.

try sending them a message in english, they might know english. or be able to read it
and they might reply in german lol, happened to me.

what grill are you after? there is a Polish ebay like site that i purchased lots of stuff from, the postage costs within Poland are cheap. Postage costs from Poland to AU are almost same as from any other european country (UK is probably cheapest)

im more than happy to browse the Polish "ebay" (its not ebay.pl) and see what the final cost is... let me know.

at the end of march i am having 3 parcels sent from Poland, 2 air freight and one sea freight...

http://www.allegro.pl/item559974264_grill_gril_atrapa_opel_vectra_b_oryg inal.html

like the second one the best whats it worth in AUD

that site has heaps more than ebay.

what is the exchange rate like
you use euro's or some other currency

MK
14th March 2009, 08:38 PM
Exchange rates:

100.00 PLN = 44 AUD

100.00 AUD = 226 PLN

1.00 AUD = 2.26 PLN

1.00 PLN = 0.44 AUD

Shay
14th March 2009, 08:42 PM
so is this one
http://www.allegro.pl/item559974264_grill_gril_atrapa_opel_vectra_b_oryg inal.html

about 13 AUD ?

MK

so is this one
http://www.allegro.pl/item559974264_grill_gril_atrapa_opel_vectra_b_oryg inal.html

about 13 AUD ?

30 PLN + 16 PLN (postage to adres in Poland, my adres) = 45 PLN = 19.80 AUD

now, for the postage :eek:

Polish Post = package up to 1KG, air mail (about 14 days) = 103 PLN

103.00 PLN = 45.38 AUD

TOTAL\FINAL:

45.38 + 19.80 = 65.18 AUD

obviously i better check on my own and before anything happens i would find out the weight of the grill then i would go to Polish Post agency and ask directly how much for postage to AU via air mail :)

Shay

MK
14th March 2009, 09:04 PM
internet postage calculation, but like i said before...i will drop in to my local post office (NIEMCZA) and ask them directly ;)

Shay
14th March 2009, 09:05 PM
yeah that postage is fine

can you clarify with that one do you get the complete grill and insert, or just the gril, or just the insert?

MK
14th March 2009, 09:07 PM
and with that one do you get the complete grill and insert, or just the gril, or just the insert?

from the description it looks like you get everything on the photo, the painted (looks dark green to me) sorrounds, the black plastic slats gril and the badge. its a used gril by the way, not brand new.

the bottom one i have no idea why he added there. i will send him an email right now and clarify :)

Shay
14th March 2009, 09:11 PM
thanks mate, ur too good, id like to get everything in the photo, but just the complete grill would be fine too.

not a problem. i dont mind helping.

i asked them (its a wreckers shop) :
1. for 30 PLN, do i get everything in the photo or one only?
2. if one only can i have the top one and if yes is the sorrounding (painted green), the plastic grill insert and the Opel badge included?
3. what is the average weight of the package?

we will see. its 11:15 AM now. they should answer by the end of the day (in Poland tht is) ;)

Shay
14th March 2009, 09:17 PM
sweet as, you probably went into more depth than i would have, haha

ASTRAY
14th March 2009, 09:53 PM
looks as though that 2nd one is a grille that doesnt have surrounds, if so, im keen to see what thatd look like...

Shay
14th March 2009, 09:56 PM
that bit clips into the surround, so basically i could just just take the holden bit out and put the opel one in, save painting the green one white, then flog the green one th someone over here im sure they'd be appreciative, especially as its so cheap.
