It looks like this prototype is in its final stages of testing.

Just another Opel to add to the list of endangered species in Australia.

If Holden chooses to go down the sub-Captiva SUV road, we'll more than likely get a version of the Orlando - maybe even locally built alongside Cruze sedan and hatch, a la Ford's 2011 Focus & Kuga.

Looks wise, not the best

Not exactly dissapointed that we won't be getting that! haha Although the 4x4 system would be a nice asset to my car haha.

I'm thinking I'd probably buy a fiat panda over that

pretty sure the body is just a slap together to test the chassis. probably wont loook anything like that.

That's just the old Opel/Vauxhall Meriva bodyshell isn't it?

http://www.balticlines.lv/images/opel_meriva_2.gif

In early prototypes they test new running gear under current/modifed architecture

I could be TOTALLY wrong, but just a thought. Cuz it's got the older XC door handles

They're all 'pull' handles now, ala Insignia, new Corsa, AH Astra etc

EDIT: oops, Calibrated beat me to it

Well you'd think that! Unless they do it like they did with selling some Corsa C variants alongside the D.

yeah, i reckon they should offer that gearbox as a factory option!

"Sir, would you like the 0.97 6th gear, or the option 0.975?"

:D
