you could get a 3" - 76mm pipe easily, but dont think u'll have much luck with a reducing 1.
try supercheap, they have plastic and ally 1's there of diff shapes n sizes.

See my problem is MAF sensor is 70mm and my pod filter is 77mm. The silicon hose i had laying around at home, its doing the job but only just. So i either get that joiner to suit what ive got atm or buy and new silicon hose and joiner, hopefully in the right sizes.

That ones to big i need something 3.5'' - 3'' but 4mm smaller each end. I forgot to account for wall thinkness.

So what i really need is a 85mm - 72mm reducer with a 4mm wall thickness so it fit inside the piping that i have there already. Arh this is so confusing.

silicone is written as inside measurement, the ally or plastic is as outside.
silicone can be pressed down pretty easy too, 1/4" easy enough. so 3" silicone will go onto the maf.

have u tried clamping down your pod onto a piece of 3" pipe, if its only 77mm it should clamp down fine,

then u just need a bit of 3"ID rubber pipe to use to conect the pod and tube to the maf,

I used a 3" to 2.75" reducer. Pod to MAF. also used a short peice of 3 inch pipe to connect pod to reducer.
