Well guys & gals time has come to upgrade from the stock 15s on the H. I'm looking at going 18's.

I've narrowed it down to a couple of rims but I want to see how they would look on the car...hence i'm i'm posting here.

Can someone please do me a big favour and photoshop the rims to my car so i can make a decision...:-) i'm no good at these kinda things....thanks

To be honest, I don't like any of them!

What you should do is find your current rims in 19s or 20s! Then drop it like it's hot!

If you go 235/35/19 your speedo will be so minutely out it won't matter as it already has the safety factor built into it anyway:)

Ha! They pay a lot of money to Rock-A-Fella (I think that's the label for that song in Aus), or alternatively they just use it under the table. Considering the professionalism of the site (and the fact that it's only used on one page) I'd guess the former.

I was shopping for rims before I even bought my car.

And yet, crushingly, even after you've spent $2000+ on wheels, there are still times when you look at your car and wonder "did I buy the right ones?".

There's a black CD coupe that I see driving to work in the mornings with those exact rims, except in gun metal. I must say, they're very, very nice.

From those 3 above, definitely no.3 (last pic) for my choice on an Astra...

As said by others, the bigger the better too :)

.. always hard to choose rims for a black car.. #3 looks the best out of them imo.

Be wary of 19's. if you damage a rim/tyre whilst away from the major cities, most tyre outlets will not carry them and need to courier them in.

Most people will tell you that 35 series rubber is uncomfortable for a daily driver (myself included!) so maybe 18's with 40's would be better, and still fill the wheel arch nicely.
