If you are meaning you need to remove the lense from the housing, then you need to melt the sealing glue. People have done this with Corsa headlights by placing them in the oven on low heat for a short while to melt the glue.

Steps:

(1) Remove headlight
(2) open, and seal headlight and re-connect

I would suggest the following steps for (1):

(a) Remove front grille (4 torx screws on slam panel, 6 clips on bumper)
(b) drop the front bumper (DONT KNOW HOW TO DO)
(c) remove head light (3 screws - 2 above the headlight and 1 at 90 degrees under the car)

If someone can fill in (b) that would be great start...

To take off the front bumper,

1) Take off the 2 torx screws in the wheel arch (2 per side)
2) Then it's all a matter of unclipping the bumper off the car (start with the side's going into the middle)
