312hp and 440nm is pretty impressive. Looks superlight aswell.

Kind of reminds me of an SLK

Highly doubt it as HSV own Elfin and have built a 2.0ltr Turbo Version recently. Price tag of $80,000 AUD .

However if an OPC/VXR version of this car was to surface then it could be possible.

Never been a fan of the look of these things - can't quite put my finger on it, but its lines don't flow, in my eyes it looks too awkward, especially the front end...great performance package though this variant...

Gav. take a closer look, these look NOTHING like an SLK LOL, looks wise the SLK is hotness personafied :)

Am i right in saying this is a VX220 upgraded?

The VX220 wasn't a bad thing from memory but never quite got to the levels of the Lotus Elise

It's not exactly an upgraded VX220. It's a completely different chassis and only available in left hand drive.

Nup, not my cup of tea.

Might as well spend the money and get a Lotus Exige/Elise or similar.

Nothing like a VX220... it's the Saturn Sky/Pontiac Solstice!
