What do want to see on the forum?
I'm thinkin of a couple of different styles for you to choose from.

Also the spam thread shall return if people want it back.
This will be heavily monitored to start with, because of previous problems.

The other thing, a new front page.
It has been tried before, let's have another go.
With a prize ;)

I like the car of the month idea.

To solve the problem of people winning over and over again. Once you win fo a particular month you cant enter again for the rest of the year.

I think maybe add a car of the year to it as well, voted from the 12 monthly winners. The person who wins car of the year maybe gets a prize or something??? They then cant enter any car of the month comps the following year so that everyone else has a chance.

while you're adding new themes, a theme with images disabled might be a good idea for those with dialup and those with wireless internet (who are getting charged per kb)

Usually 'LOL' 'ROFL' and 'OMG' are quite popular to see in shoutboxes.

alright...type the word, "my ride"

Highlight it....
then use the button that has the world on it just under and to the right of where you choose text colour, and type in the address;)

if you can't get that to work, you should be able to copy paste this one V V V
