it's a 5 door, you can tell by the back, so not a vxr, think the plate is UWN-145  basically it's getting the point that any reasonably new car could be an unmarked car, saw a crewman cross-8 as a speed camera the other day

LOL, the game of cat and mouse...

check these clever disguises in my country, and yes, Police can use any means of camouflage or entrapment in order to get you doing something in regards to breaking the traffic law ;)

Probably not a cop. Usually independent private companies that operate speed cameras with nerdy opertators who feel the need to hide behind an umbrella. lol

All this money spent on advertisments showing off their latest speed camera equipment they've just bought - too bad they couldnt spend half of it on improving driver education and changing the current licence tests from the farce they are.

of course - that doesnt make money for the government to pump up their super and pay for the V8 SS petrol bills of the Vic premier.

Go Victoria - show Australia how to be the best nanny state.

Yeah anyway, was more interested in the fact they're using Astras now. We all know the governments approach to road safety is rubbish, let's focus on the Astra!

Agree with ya mate, its the people who dont no how to control a car in any situation other than a straight line who realise at the last second (when the car is starring sideways at a pole) ohhh.... wat do i do?

The last words before any page 1 accident, "ey bro, watch this....."

Yeah but you can pick that a mile off. The Police decals kind of give it away. haha

Sigh... it doesn't NEED to catch anything. It's not a highway patrol car.

Correct ;)

ICE it's a cop car used in both clearly marked and unmarked form, when they come up behind you and flash their lights, sound the siren etc. your expected to pull over...no need for high speed pursuits, not that - that never happens, but they have their own ways of dealing with such situations, good or not...

Usually as rj has pointed out, the highway patrol cars will be the higher power/faster vehicles of the cop fleet.
