Hey All,

Just joined opelaus to see what all the fuss is about and to connect with all you other opel/holden owners out there.

I'm currently nursing a broken leg so i won't be posting any pics yet, but have no fear when i'm back on my two feet(literally) i will be posting some.

Now my ride is a JS Series 2 Veccy and for those of you who want to know i will list what i have done to her thus far:

Twin dump sports exhaust
Centre muffler replaced with a Hot Dog(Sounds funny doesn't it)
Extractors
17" Alloy Wheels
NGK Iridium Spark PLugs
K&N Pod Filter

Well that's all for now, feel free to ask any questions and i will try my best to answer them.

Take Care

I'm from Melbourne, the south east burbs.
Looking to add a cold air intake to utilize my pod properly, anyone know a good place that could help me out?

Take it easy, or if it's easy take it home :)

Peace

AH, another melbournian...excellent *does Mr Burns fingers*
Don't pay anyone to help you do the cold air feed, there are plenty of guys on here who'll be willing to help. I know Andrew (nuggz) has done a CAI in his veccy so PM him with questions.
Also check out the vic forum for the upcoming black spur cruise, be good to see you there pending you're all healed :D

welcome to the forums... cai isn't that hard, just have a crack yourself with some 3" flexible hose from purple pig/bunnings/mitre 10 etc.

a workshop would probably charge you heaps for something which is essentially worth $20 and a few hours in the garage

Though with the veccy, its soooo much easier if you drop the front bar a little to do it

Gday matey

Good mods to go for now are a 4bar fuel pressure regulator and an Enlarged throttle body. Depending on what model you can expect gains of at least 10bhp.

Mine's a sedan to answer your question.
Next thing to be done is angel eye headlights & tail lights but it's taking them forever to get here from overseas :(
