Monaro bonnet vents

found a calibra on pickles motor auctions, has monaro bonnet vents in it.
i actually dont mind it :o

I agree, that bonnet actually looks not too bad at all on a Cali :)

This Cali reminds me of Tai's with the flame work graphics only it's green...Poita is this one a member of CC.org ?? maybe inspired by or copied Tai's ??

When the new Monaro was 1st introduced, I was wondering how long it would take modders to start using those vents in other types of cars, but it was mainly other Commodore model owners that were pinching and using the bonnets...

That ones a V6 with twin system, must sound very nice, V6 Calis have got a beautiful exhaust note - very similar to R32 Golfs :)

It's also located in Tullamarine, around 10-15 minutes from my place - I may go check it out, see if they'll sell the bonnet separately :D

Maybe a 'lurker' then and copied Tai's idea of the flames :)

tais flames are heaps different, and look like 100000% better
the ones on that green v6 are only stickers and on the guards and side panels

Yeh true, but the ideas there....

That pic in the 1st post clearly shows the scar lines of the panel joins, needs a bit more work to make the end result shmick...
