Apparently it wasn't an offside, one Italian player was still in play, but he was behind the Italian goal (pretending he was injured, as usual), and even if he was out of the field, it still counted as he was in play for some reason, apparently thats one of the FIFA rules, so that negated the offside

Def no one should discount Germany, but Croatia are pretty damn good as well, heck they were 3rd in 1998 World Cup after Brazil and France, and they beat Holland for 3rd.

Both teams played shit; once Croatia scored in the 119th minute they thought all was over and went into party mode like primary school kiddies...Turkey striked back in the 121st minute(LOL!:D) and won on penalties.

Well, my dear Croats, learn to appreciate football at top level ;)

And Turkey stands no chance against Germany...

if you read the German Papers they are all saying the only thing they got was the result and the rest was all Turkey ! but as you say thats what matters most. I have a big soft spot for them, after all it feels like half of Germany is full of Turks. anyway they got shafted hard all those years ago by Rivaldo and Brazil and now this they played better but just couldnt pull through which the Germans always do ! Thats the difference between a good team and a great team...mark my words Turkey will be back and even stronger. If the Greeks can do it, Turkey certainly can.
