I remember seeing the Top Gear episode with that AH :)

They also had one that was a full scale blown up ballon, but looked exactly like the real thing floating around their studio LOL...

I think it was at the beginning of the VXR thing in the U.K. and they started putting the logo marking on various cars...

i think it is advertising the VXR kit, eg the side skirts

as they are all optional extra bits over there then again it still looks silly with that thing on the side

yeh..I wasnt sure whether it was the series 1 of the VXR`s or just some astra coupe with side skirts and VXR decal??

Pretty sure that bodykit's classified as a VXR line in the UK...

Well in AU it's SRi and even on the side of the car it says SRi :)

Its to do with the VXR Race driver comp that Vauxhall have been running i believe.

I thought the pic from form their Top Gear 90mph Show a few years back. There's a video on Youtube of the show with this Astra in it.
