Hi, just thought I'd pipe up and say hello...I've had my SRi for about a month now and have been lurking on one of the UK forums but then I discovered this one!

I had no idea there were other people in Australia who had thought of Opelising their car - I'm going to keep an eye out for you all now!

Anyway, I'm from Brisbane (been here a year now) and below is a pic of my car.

First thing I've got to do is swap the badges over...

Cool, do you say '4.5' because they changed it slightly halfway through the year? That would explain why I have electric mirrors etc.

yeah the ones built after july 2004... the ones without traction control, active head rests, etc

i spent some summers there while i was in the uk.

I came here with my g/f as she grew up here.

The town I'm from has a funny name, (Fishguard) right on the coast of the Irish sea and it's very cold and windy. It's only got 2000 people living there so Brisbane is HUGE for me !

my great grandfather was from wrexham :) still on my list of places to visit.
