Help!!!!

I haven't been on here for a while, and it's good to see the site is still going.

I don’t know who can help me with this, but here goes....I used to go under the name of CorsAstra when I used to post on the here. I’m after some really old posts I did around 3 to 4 years ago when I uploaded some black and white photos of my ’95 Corsa/Barina.
I didn’t create any backups on my PC, so I was wondering if there is a way to get them of this site. I’ve since sold the car, and I don’t have any photo’s as a keepsake.

I hope someone can help.

I think they would be in the arcives (if we have them) but then the pics dont come up.
There are none in your old posts so, who knows.

The oldest saved attachments we have on OA are from November December 2005. So unless Pauly has a backup from before then (which I doubt as he didnt own the forums back then) you may be out of luck...

what happened to the PC ? you could use some restore software on it if it crashed but if you didnt back stuff up then....well....

Alot has happened since I posted those photo's..new PC..new job..new house..extra kids...new e-mail addresses.

I'm guessing they are gone into cyberspace...never to be seen again!!!!

I still see the old beast driving around, but she isn't herself. The new owner has really let her go...the love is not there.

Maybe try to contact or PM Wayne (Turblue) - not sure if he's able to assist or not - but see if he can help in some way - he may have saved or archived the forum up until the time he left ???

Theo, you need to ask the appropriate people listed above - they are the only ones who can help recover them for you, ' if ' they've archived the forum threads from that time....see how you go.

I've PM'ed Pauly...will see how that goes
