Hi All,

I have had mixed opinions on the warranty requirements for a new car.

I have an 07 AH SRi T

I want to do a few things to the car, but am worried if this will affect my warranty.

In particular i want to:

Replace exhaust for a twin tip model
Lower the car a few centimeters (sits just a tad high)
Tint the windows to darkest available
Change to Xenon headlights (although i have heard mixed reviews on hear about reliability)Would any of these things void my warranty?
In particular, the twin exhaust and lowering.

Thanks if you can provide any advice.

Brad

None of them will void the warranty unless they can prove 100% that it is the reason something broke.

With the list you have above, you have nothing to worry about.

all those mods you want to do should be fine

but id tell your insurance company about them...
just incase something happens and they try and stiff ya (touch wood)

only one i would be worried about is the lights in case they mess with your electrics

Ok, Thanks for the responses.

And also, the Xenon lights one i may leave for now, as i have heard it can be a real headache.

Thanks again.

lowering car might affect electronic suspension...hence warranty!
