I've encountered the same thing on occasion, but not with V-Power.

Caltex also has problems sometimes in keeping their supply of Vortex up.

Nowadays I patronise an independant CSR servo which supplies 95-RON and 98-RON Ethanol Blend.

Cheaper than E10 anywhere else too for that matter.

Not to worry, just fill up on an alternative 98 proof for one week only.... :)

I prefer the independants too...where is CSR?

All over the joint. Although you won't actually SEE a servo called CSR - CSR supply the ethanol-enriched fuel to servos as an alternative to the regular 92RON stuff. It just so happens that most of the servos are independants.

Now, the website for CSR is as follows. There you'll find a list of servos, both in NSW and interstate, that stock it:

CSR Fuel (http://http://www.csrethanol.com.au/)

That list is by no means complete. But you'll get the idea.

As for me, I get mine from the Liberty Servo at Faulconbridge, if you're ever up in the Blue Mountains.
