yeah true i guess at least that way you can drive it on the road well legally that is, i was told that it comes with a spare engine but it not in the add so dont know how true that is.

this car is actually a sister car(driven by John Boston) to the national and state champ car(driven by dave loftus) both nice cars.


although you would need triple that to get the R35 i assume.

Yeh, true around 3 times that for an R35, but as said, you'll have a 'true' street/race car + you won't have the maintanance/repair costs associated with that particular skyline for sale, as it's fully covered by Nissan for the first 3 years :)

For someone looking to buy a track car only, that is a good option - you'd have to be a serious track goer though to spend 55k for the car and take on all the other associated costs involved...

yeah hence y the team is selling one of the 3-4 cars they are using, they only race 6-7 times a year in the class so got storage on top of all the other costs too, and the engines aint cheap either being all N1's and all.

The 32 is still the best shape though the new r35 is way too big n looks too much like the ugly 350z..

R35 has grown in size and weight, but its performance and handling defy all of that ;)

I love the 350Z too, new model - maybe a 4.0ltr V8 powered '400Z' will be interesting :)

yeah i guess the R35 will grow on me, just when i was in the us the damm infinty was everywhere and that is basically what the new skyline is.

i wonder how many will actually make it here if any.

I've already spotted one here in Melb. just before Christmas last year - damn good looking coupe, totally different to the R35 GT-R - it was a silver one, looked different and definitely stood out from the crowd...obviously a full import, I don't think Nissan Aust. has any intensions selling them here ??

Probably, I don't remember seeing any badges, I just recognised it from pics I've seen, but damn it looked much nicer in real life than in pics....love the rear end with nice LED tail lights.

From what I remember reading last year, I think they are designated M35, with an AWD M45 model coming out this year, not sure if that means 4.5ltr V8 engine or not ?? if so, that would be awesome :)

Yeah as Hoon said would be the infinity... Seen a silver one too out Glen Waverly way, they've been around for a couple of years.

In my eyes speaking about looks not performance, I don't really like the R32 and R33 much, but I liked the R34...

Agree in that neither compare to the R35, it really is a major step forwards :)

One of the "GT350" (infinity g35) goes to uni at monash in clayton, seen him there like every day. Black, just looks like a g35, which, isn't neccesarily a bad thing.:D

i was looking at buying some infity badges for my SSS but then changed my mind when i seen a few getting round, and thought it would be ghey and noone would know what it was anyway, like my dad who now has toyota badges on each front guard of his EA Falcon UTE:eek:

they've been running around in aus for at least 2 or more years and i've only recently started looking at them.

they now have GT-R kits for them too :P

I like your choice, these cars look the goods and have good performance too :)

That kit looks good to me, but don't think I'd want to do that and simulate an R35 on something else - real deal or nothing....although you'd certainly cause confusion and fear in certain rear view mirrors, that's for sure :D

hehehe yeah its gets some looks that is for sure, and it has some mad dose from it too, it running at about the 18psi mark he snapped the drive shaft on it last week hehehe.

Very nice - that's pretty much the same as the one I spotted including the silver colour, they look fantastic from the rear :)
