Anyone use this/used it?
got my membership in the mail today, looks sorta cool,
guess time will just tell!

RACQ introduced it in 2001 i think... well that's when i joined at least :o
thank god i never had to use the road side assist.... but it's a good investment for all the freeby vouchers you get :D
and the cheap price of membership for the first 3 years too

NRMA is like $50 a year for me with unlimited tows and call outs cause my parents are Gold Members
Ive only used them once in 7 years to get a battery on a sunday night

i am a bronze member cause i've been with them for more than 5 years. i'm actually coming up to 10 years soon... wonder if i'll change colour again :)

it's aimed at 17 - 21 year olds i think.... new licence receivers - it's an incentive program to get them to become members of NRMA
i don't know what the deal is down there, but here it was
first year membership free ($52)
second year 1/2 price ($52 - so you paid $27)
and third year 1/2 price too
but you got a whole vouncer booklet and other free stuff - stickers, cds, etc

that sounds pretty cool
i recommend being a member, purely for being able to get free maps and stuff - really does help when on holidays
