What is this in the bumper?

What are these? There are 2 in the front bumper and 2 in the rear bumper. When you push them in they pop out and theres a space inside to screw something in! What are they and any ideas what they're used for?? :confused:

Make sure you ALWAYS use these if you need to tow! Luckily you now know what they are. Otherwise you can pull the whole geometry out of whack.

just remember to remember were you put the insert out of your bumper so it can go back in or u drive around announcing you had to get towed for a week
