AH Headlight Scratches

Hey,

A friend washed my car the other day and looks as if he used a scourer on the headlights, resulting in scratches all over them (not happy).

Anyone got any tips or tricks on what to use and how to remove it? They are the std AH Astra plastic lense headlight btw.
