Well, I got all my Richbrook stuff yesterday. Very nice. Will put up some pics when done.

However, can anyone tell me how to remove the handbrake lever and therefore the cowling that sits behind it.

Cheers

Mate I have the Holden Service & Repair Information on 4 CD's for the Vectra. Maybe it shows a break down oft hose areas which might assist, then gain maybe not.

I have not searched it close enough to date.

Other than that try www.vectra-c.com

There should be plenty of "How Too's" on there.

So how do you put the new one on if you need to destroy the old one to get it off?

The Richbrook is tubular and has a foam pad that goes around the origina lever left after the cover is removed and there are grub screws to keep it in place.

oh yeah... just twist and pull

bornwild: the irmscher lever was tubular so it went straight back over where the old one was...
then to keep it on it came with some thick black sticky crap

I still seem to be struggling to get this thing off.
