For those who saw a similar post in the Astra forum i'm sorry for sorta doubling up but i figured it might happen in other models too. (thanks for all those who helped last time)
Car: AH Astra CDTi
Problem: Fuel guage, and electronic range, act as if the petrol tank is only 42L...ie...i've done 630km...used 40L of fuel....and the dial is pointing at 1/8th and the range is telling me i have fewer than 50km to go...i know i have only used 40L because when i fill up that's the max i can get in...my avg is 6.3l/100km so i should be getting 800+ per tank...it's not a Major issue...because it is reading true....but it's just got the capacity of the tank completely wrong....
Anyone else had the same problem?

I'm going to go to the dealership this week...so i'll ask them....but thought i'd ask to see if it had happened to anyone else...
