In my Setting I have the time set to GMT+10 hours.
Now the times from Posts are 2 hours ahead???
I'v had to set it GMT+8 so the times are right.

There is a glitch in the system noticed yesterday.

Currently working on restoring it.

The server is currently experiencing problems with time. They are aware of the problem and settings will return to normal shortly.

It is a server problem guys. It will be sorted by the hosts of OA in due time. Administration can not fix the issue.
