I found a 1:43 Opel Astra (exactly like my GF's) so I had to get it. And check it out, matches the Calibra (exactly like mine) I had already!

I also found this! Picked up 2 of them cause they were so cute. Note the size by the 5c coin. Sorry it's a bit blurry, dam small it is to take a pic!

These are my new 1:18 purchases. :D

Good collection, I have been collecting Vauxhall and Opel models for about 20 years. I have around 350 including around 80 Opels. Nearly all of my opels are late model cars because they are the same bodies as Vauxhall but there are far fewer Vauxhall versions made. I have not seen the GTC so I will have to find one for myself. Cheers.

Thats quite a collection!!

I've got mostly 1:18s, some 1:43s and heaps of 1:64s. I collect anything I like basically.

Hope U track down the Opel GTC.

I have managed to find the manufacture of the Astra Hatch OPC 1999 model, the same as the Astra SRI in 1.43 scale.
They have indicated that they can do Holden or Opel versions in most colours.
They are hand built painted in your colour or you can purchase a resin kit and built it yourself.
Cost: 115.OO euros built and takes approx 6 to 8 weeks.

Has anyone seen the plastic covers for RC cars in Opel?? Ive got a Tamiya petrol RC car but the only two covers ive got are a rexxy and the CLK Merc - would be mad to hve a little astra to hoon around the streets!

Sorry, yup, Hong Kong.

There's a few shops in Melb that sell diecasts but then, the internet is the best resource in tracking down scaled diecasts.

guys in sydney, one word: hobbyco

if they dont have it, they can order it in!!

There is also sherrfis mini cars in parra, and a car model store that opened up in clarence st.

And YES you can def, buy a opel asta extreme/tourer shell for tamiya cars!

Look and you shall find... tonnes of opel related car models out there!

Hehe, I have 2 calibra scalextric slot cars. Due to the fact they dont have magnets, it gives me hours of fun getting them to drift through corners. LOL. My track is saturated with olive oil to make things more exciting!!!!!! (drifting the cars that is, you dirty people)
