its not about how it looks, its so similar to the lotus exige you can swap the freaking body panels, and with the z20let, its even more of race car for the road!

I am still considering one, (VXR) despite the things I don't like about them, because of the better purchase prices which are becomming available.

If I'm able to get a new or near one for a similar price you paid for your Sri t (which is possible to do now and even more so in time) who'll be the one laughing ?? :D :D

i only need another 30-40 hp at the most so its not that hard to get 350hp.

267 at the wheels = well over 300hp at the fly...

(uk guys claiming 290hp at the fly are runing about 240-250ish at the wheels.)

Hey guys you have to be carefull when messing with a car like this. By that i mean changing engines etc.

Remember this car has been designed for track so its balanced right. When you start to change things you going to be messing with its balance.

BTW

Just to put it in perspective... In an overseas magazine they did a huge track day at Brands Hatch and this VXR220 was outlapping a BMW M3 CSL, Subaru Impreza type 25, Lambo Gallardo, Evo VIII MR, Aston Martin DB9, Lotus Exige and Lotus Elise 111R. The only cars that were quicker were Noble M400, Porsche 911 GT3 RS and Caterham R500!

All of this for only £25,742! Thats Subaru Sti money!
