Hey guys, i have some video footage that i would like to edit so i can chuck it onto youtube. any know of any easy to use software? all i want to do is add some text and cut the bits that i want. the footage was taken on a canon digital camera. any help would be great.

Yes, Microsoft Movie Maker (assuming you are a PC user)...is free...

...if you have XP it should be installed already.

The windows movie maker thing is ok for little things. Anything longer i'd reccommend Premier. Not a great package but gets the job done.

ot of video editing.
ulead or pinnalce are my choice.
but if your just doin it for youtube videos its a little $$$$
