Number Plate Choice

Gonna get a custom number plate and would like you guys to help me decide.

I was thinking either Grist . # or OPEL 05 (have a 05 corsa).

Its silver, i really wanted silver on black but it seems the best SA can do is white on blue. If there is any more suggestions please let me know :)

How come you can't get silver on black? Mr_Sikma has silver on back and he is in SA and thats what I plan on gettin aswell.

It doesnt give the option. Silver on Black is for the annual subscription number plates not the $170 one off ones.

If yo had Grist you would have to get the plates you have to pay every year unless you made is Grist 1 or something with a number on the end.

dont know about in WA but for the $170 we have to stick to the convention of

Max 6 Chars,
Letters than Numbers

i.e. ABC 123
ABCD 12
A 12345

and so on

and in WA wee can have 9 charicters any comp for $455 one off fee

Unless you plan on keeping your car forever, go for 'your name' plates, that way you'll be able to use them on any car...

I've learned that the hard way, having had personalised plates on just about every car I've owned over the past 24 years, I now have alot them just sitting in a drawer doing nothing and not being able to use them on another type of car...
