well after looking at the DIY intercoolers that you lot have made and fitted to your cars me i have got my self a intercooler like the one you lot used kind of

what i want to do is run 2inc pipe work with a 2.5inc to 2inc SiliconHoses Reducer on the inlet pipe to intercooler
i have found this company

any help would be very nice thanks

niko has done this do his car an i would like my one to turn out like this but i dont have a astra i have a zafira Gsi

the hardest but for you will be the extra legnth needed for the reducers, how long overall is the cooler?
our kit rely's on the fact that the pipes bend strait out of the cooler to fit it in, this is how we have avoided cutting anything.

thats the intercooler one from the buy we all got
one of the people has started to fit his one

the cooler you showed up top has the outlets higher up doesnt it?
not sure on the gsi bar, but on the sri-t bar this will give you less room due to the spotlights surround, we squezze the pipes under the fog lights on out kit.

the top cooler was the other one i was looking at me i have got this one now its at a friends house i am going to get the pipe work well try an get it sorted

ok, so that 1 now looks the same size as ours ;).
how thick is it? we use the 65mm thick core, i noticed the 1 at the top was the thinner 57mm core.
