A clip showing the new Nissan R35 GTR 'Godzilla' in action.....

Man does it look, go and sound super potent !!!

It'll be here next year, wonder what the price will be, I'll bet around 150k at least :(

Jap cars straight from the showroom floor are going to dominate the hi po scene, with this monster and the new Evo 10 just around the corner.....

I'd love one of each in my 'monster' garage :D

Just thought I'd do an update to this thread and post up a recent report (11 May) on this, what will surely be one of the most AWESOME cars to be released in the near future......and it'll be available in showrooms around the world, unlike the previous 2 models (R33 and R34) which had to be imports.

I'm soooooo curious to see what this things price tag here in Oz will be.....

I still remember it well when Nissan released the R32 GTR for sale on the Oz market, back in 1990/91 think it was, it was priced at around 110k

IMO this new R35 with it's top of the line AWD TT Porsche 911 matching/smashing performance (and it is said to be superior to a Lambo Gallardo and Ferrari F430) will probably have a price tag of at least 150k

BTW I wonder how Mitsubishi will feel about Nissan calling thier new top of the line Godzilla the "GTR EVO"......

That price range is better than I thought, much more within reach :D

Are you sure about the specs Nik, the link above says only the base model and V-Spec will be 353kw (480hp) and the Evo-Spec will be 390kw (530hp) and engine is said to be a 3.7ltr V6 twin turbo.

That was the most up to date info I could find, will have to look and see what else I can find - either way it'll be interesting, can't wait to see one of these monsters on the road, if I ever get to do my LS1/LS2 TT project, at least I'll be able to keep up in a straight line :D the GTR's gonna lose me in the bends though :(

It didn't look that great in the corners.

Will definately be a beast in a straight line though.
