Totally agree !

And on the other spectrum side of things - a mandatory advanced driver course for all new P plater drivers.

They are still the highest category for no. of accidents and yes those bloody tyre frying hoons.........!

Regular testing for everyone should be enforced.

Also, learner drivers don't get taught how to drive. They get taught how to pass a test. They need to be taugh how to handle a car under different conditions. Then day to day driving will come naturally to them

Advanced driving courses ftw! :D

have to agree on the advance driving! its awesome teaches you alot of skills.
And track racing teaches you to be extremely aware of your surroundings!

have you seen the south park episode where the town bans old people from driving?? lol...
