No i'm not wanting badges so all of you that where about to spam the thread leave now !! hehe....just wondering if any one has taken off the rear badge on the lid...to me it looks way way WAY too big for the car...just wondering what it would look like with out it.....photoshoppers here is your chance hehe

When you take it off, you would be able to use it as a desert plate theyre so big! :p

Why not just look at the back of a HSVVXR.

I think Holden must be very proud of the Astra, and not so proud of the Korean models, have you noticed how small the bagging is on the back of them!

Here you go. This is the first thing i did to my car. Actually it was the second day i had my car all the badges came off!

ok next question...whats the best method for taking them off?? hair dryer and credit card?? then give it a good wash and buff ??

I took my rear badge off...... don't really even want to put an opel one on the back now cause i love the look without a badge. but i took mine off just after it had been freshly painted, so i didn't need a hair dryer. :D

after seeing the VXR's with no rear badge, i like the coupe with no badge, just not sure about the hatch.

I took mine off with the hairdryer and fishing wire. Nice and easy too. Then just use a buff wax or Bug and Tar Remover and Bob's your uncle....
