RK - Yep you can make them I reckon, just buy some second hand lights from a wrecker for your Vectra, open them up and bung in the light rings (keep your originals in case the second-hands stuff up etc, or you could sell them - just a suggestion).
Ebay shows heaps of Vectra xenon parts - you may well want to search the web for Vectra headlights (I would do this on the part number on the headlight - that's how I found parts retailers in Australia for my SRi ZKW foglamps instead of just Holden Amcap, and when I was looking for substitute driving lights to fit instead of the foggies - never did tho).

I can make them, but they will be dodgy. There are xenon lights for vectras in the UK. But this has both Xenon AND angel eyes :\ All premade, wired etc etc. i cant be bothered chopping up my lights to make some dodgy angel eyes. (though i have thought about it).

I think the Xenon ones are actually "Xenon-like" rather than actual Xenon. But they still look pretty schmick.
