And yeah because i got my reds when i was 17 back in
2004 the restrictions don't effect me. They only effect people who obtained their Red P's after they came in, ithink about June 2005? In other words if you obtained your red in July you would be limited for the duration of your reds AND your greens however if you obtained your reds in say may 2005 then the laws came in and you got your greens may 2006 you are still exempt from the restrictions as it dosen't count as getting a New licence just an upgrade. If that makes sense?
