yes its not a false alarm this time round!!!

after a rude awakening by Krista (after her waters broke at 4am in the morning) Krista has given birth today to a beautiful healthy baby girl -

Olivia Elouise Rayson
born today at 6:13pm
weighing 7lb 12oz
and 50cm long

just got home from the royal - so over the moon!!!!

as usual - pics to follow soon!!

and only 22 days early!

7 weeks later and I still can't wipe the smile off my face...enjoy mate, it is a good time in your life.

of course she's cute (and you can't say she is ugly - thats just un-australian!)

she has my flatish nose - but so do all bubs really... but she has dark dark eyes like me - give it a few days to settle down.... i'd rather she looked like her mum, she's better looking!

i do have the ugly pics of the cord being cut - my god that thing is ****ing thick and tough!!!

I know what you meen about feeling weird being at home alone, I went through the same thing. How long will the girls be in the Hospital?

I'm expecting my second daughter at the start of December....the fun starts again but I wouldnt have it any other way!

I don't mean to disapoint, but all babies are born with blue eyes...they may stay blue but they could change at about 6 months old...

Except for negro babies?

i think its a cool thing, i am pretty sure almost all mammals are born with blue eyes, i know dogs and cats are :D (try explain this to your missus when she buys a puppy cos he had the bluest eyes of the litter...only for her to seriously contemplate complaining to the petshop when the pups eyes went brown!! lol...aaaahhh some girls are so funny)

except Olivia... she had eyes black as the ace of spades!!!

not all babies are born with blue eyes.... mine were always brown from word go

you'll love it!!! sure there's responsibility, but its so worth it!
