Has anyone had Large or Heavy parts shipped to them from the UK and how much did the freight cost?

Shipping from the UK will cost about 30-40 pounds sterling up to 2kg.

Once you exceed thay weight the cost rises sharply.

Just ask whoever your getting the goods from to get several quotes and decide from there.

I was trolling the net the other day, as I usually do, and came accros these adjustable koni kits.

Which using the exchange rate two days ago work out at approx A$1100. Last year I was quoted $2800 from Top Performance (the australian Koni importers) for I believe same thing, and this was supply only, fitting was extra!

Seems I was wrong, a bit of further investigation shows that they are not what this quote was for, but a step down, which I was quoted $1688 on, so it all now seems reasonable considering shipping charges to get them here etc!

And here I was getting excited because I found a bargain!..which wasn't, bummer! Guess its back to the oxy torch for the lowering...only kidding! :)
