My vans fuel economy....

Filled up today as I thought it should be empty.
It took 57lt (holds 90) of diesel and had travelled 758kms, city driving.
I'm thinking around 1200kms to the tank.
VERY similar economy to my SRi.


Needless to say, Im pretty happy with that.

thats cool, u got a bigger car (well a Van) and it ant costing that much more. Still i recon it wouldnt be as much fun to drive as the SRI

Renault Trafic (aka Opel Vivaro/Vauxhall Vivaro/Nissan Primastar)

Not quite as much fun as the SRi, but after driving it for a week the SRi feels 'strange' and not so nice.

pauly - too exy to opelize needs a whole front bar, was going to go the nissan route and opel badge it but cbf'd. Renault it stays, but we all know its an Opel.

stats are 952.9Km on 75lt of fuel (again?!?, odd)
This time i could see the fuel in the neck of the filler, so i know its full.
Kms since new (18/9/06) 1824kms

Update: I'm making a conscious(?) effort to get as far as i can from a tank. Have been taking it easier since last fill (trying to shift at 2k-2.5k rpm max.) with little rapid(yeah right) accelleration.

1003.5ish kms @ 72.5Lt (could see fuel in the filler neck)

I've been driving the VXR tonight and the trip meter is reading 21 l/100Km :eek:
